KIKO Swahili Kwa Komputa
This was sent to me by Dr. Katrina Daly Thompson, Dept. of Linguistics and African Studies Center at UCLA. This is an AWESOME site to see, read, and listen to Swahili. It has been broken down into lessons that gradually become more challenging. A GREAT place for beginners!!
KiSwahili from Thomas J. Hinnesbusch and Sarah M. Mirza, UCLA(Old School)
I learned a lot of Swahili from this book (which I recommend you purchase) but I was able to test my knowledge of Swahili with their online quizzes. Professor Thomas Hinnesbusch is a retired teacher of Swahili. He taught at UCLA and a lot of new Swahili speakers have been spawned from his book and its audio tapes.
KiSwahili from Thomas Hinnebusch and Sarah Mirza(New School!!)
Retired Professor Thomas Hinnesbusch and Sarah Mirza have upgraded their previous website to provide you with AUDIO to go along with the lessons in their book "Kiswahili, Second Edition: msingi wa kusema kusoma na kundika (Swahili - A Foundation for Speaking Reading and Writing). I, again, recommend this book for beginners. Thanks for the update Dr. Katrina!

I would recommend you do so just to LISTEN to how fluent Swahili sounds when being spoken by native speakers. Depending on how good you’ve gotten with Swahili you can try to test your comprehension or see if you can pick out a familiar word that you have learned. If you don’t understand the majority of it (which most of you won’t) don’t be discouraged!! Everybody started somewhere when learning something new. Just LISTEN to it for now.
